2. Business Activity & Reseller Status

Blue Harbor Commerce operates as an independent online retailer and dropshipping reseller.
All products offered in this store are sourced from our accredited supplier, B2B GRIFFATI (B2B TRADE S.R.L.), based in Italy.
The final sales contract for any product is concluded exclusively between you (the customer) and Blue Harbor Commerce. Our supplier acts solely as a fulfillment partner and is not a party to the sales contract.
Blue Harbor Commerce reserves the right to adjust product availability and catalog offerings in accordance with our supplier's inventory and commercial policies.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Shipments are handled directly by our supplier using accredited international couriers (such as UPS and DHL Express).
Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the volumetric weight of the package and the delivery location. For orders exceeding €5,000, shipping fees may be calculated manually and communicated separately.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, nor do we allow customer pickup using their own carriers.

4. Limitation of Liability

Blue Harbor Commerce acts as a commercial intermediary. While we strive to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, we are not liable for delays in order preparation, shipping, or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., customs clearance, courier delays, natural events, or supplier stock fluctuations).
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, our supplier will issue a full refund of the amount paid within 10 working days. Blue Harbor Commerce will facilitate this refund promptly.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

This is a Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction. As such, the statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws (including the European Consumer Rights Directive and Irish consumer regulations transposing it) does not apply to purchases made through this store.
Returns are accepted exclusively for products that are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
Any return request must be submitted to Blue Harbor Commerce via email at [email protected] within 10 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns due to customer preference (change of mind) will not be accepted.
Approved returns will be subject to inspection by our supplier before a refund or replacement is issued.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices displayed on this store are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer (recipient) is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe), PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Blue Harbor Commerce processes your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of order management, shipping, invoicing, payment processing, and customer support.
We may also use your email address to send you promotional communications and newsletters related to our products and services. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time via the link provided in each email.
Your personal data will be retained for a period not exceeding 10 years from the termination of our business relationship, in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with our trusted fulfillment partner (B2B GRIFFATI) and payment processors as necessary to complete your order.

Blue Harbor Commerce reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Legal Notice at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This contract is established between business entities (B2B). All disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland, and shall be governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
